Refunds & Returns

Refunds will only be offered if there clear evidence of fraud or accidental charges. Returns will be accepted in the case of damaged goods. If goods are damaged, a replacement will be granted. 

Do you ship to Germany?

No, at this time we do not ship to Germany due to laws about packaging and VAT. If you are from Germany, consider looking into a US proxy/mail forwarding service.

Do you ship to the UK & EU

Yes, we do. However, we are not responsible for VAT or other duties and taxes that may occur. Packages will be marked as Sale of Goods. We cannot mark packages as gifts.
